Commissions must be paid completely up front after rough sketch as been sent and before I start (Exceptions can be made for commissions that are $100 or more, in which case a 50% must be paid before starting and the rest must be paid before receiving final files)

completion of the work might take about 2 weeks or more, but less than a month. Initial sketch can be expected within a day or two. Multiple edits and slow reponse time during check-ins will lengthen the timeline, however

I don't have a traditional queue as I like to work on all my commissions at the same time. Because of this, a simpler commission that was lower in the queue might be completed earlier. I do generally try to finish commissions in queue order, however if the possibility of someone else's being done before yours is a problem, I'd recommend finding an artist who works at a pace more aligned to your comfort

You can request Express commissions ; A commission that is time sensitive or if one wants the commission to be done on a specific date/time. Your request must be made 30-90 days before desired date depending on the complexity and type of commission *Additional charge for Express

The only edits allowed once the commission has been completed are mistakes made on my behalf such as an incorrect color, a small missed feature or object. Anything beyond that will require an extra charge.

I always do my best to be very accommodating about initial edits, so please don't feel shy about making major changes! I want you to love your final piece, so feel free to speak up if something isn't right
